Terms & Conditions

The terms governing use of AIAC's website, public registry and accreditation services.

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of AIAC's website, public registry and accreditation services. By using any AIAC service you accept these terms in full.

2. Registry Information

Information published in the AIAC registry is provided for verification purposes. While AIAC takes reasonable care to ensure accuracy, the registry should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent due diligence.

3. Accreditation Decisions

Accreditation is a structured assessment outcome, not a guarantee of future conduct or performance. AIAC reserves the right to suspend, modify or withdraw accreditation in line with its published procedures.

4. Intellectual Property

All AIAC marks, certificates, frameworks and publications remain the intellectual property of the Authority. Unauthorized reproduction or imitation is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIAC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on registry information or accreditation outcomes.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the principal jurisdiction of AIAC's headquarters, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

7. Amendments

AIAC may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website and, where appropriate, directly to accredited entities.
